The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Tele Technology. Tele Technology reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.
All equipment purchased from Tele Technology carries a 12-month or 90 day warranty, any warranty over 1 year is a product of the manufacturer. Warranty period begins on the date equipment is shipped. No additional warranty is given on replacement parts and software.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1) Equipment damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
2) Equipment that has been altered or modified without authorization by Tele Technology.
3) Equipment rendered inoperative by fire, flood, lightening, or any ACT OF NATURE.
4) Equipment must be run on a dedicated and grounded electrical outlet with a surge protector.
these cases, you will be charged for the replacement part, shipping and a service call.

What is Your Return Policy
The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tele Technology reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
If you must cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at 832-237-8184 or email us with your name, order number, item part number and description at firstname.lastname@example.org. A Tele Technology Customer Service Representative will determine whether the order has already shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we can usually process the cancellation. If the cancellation is confirmed, Tele Technology will send you a confirmation email. This confirmation email is your proof of cancellation and will be necessary, in case of any questions, to waive shipping/handling and/or restocking fees. If you receive the order, then you may refuse delivery to avoid the cost of return shipping. There will be a 20% restock fee for all refused shipments. In many cases, Tele Technology will not be able to cancel an order because it is has already shipped. In order to offer our customers fast delivery, most orders are released from our warehouse within 24 hours of the placement of each order.
Any order placed on a credit card and then subsequently cancelled will result in a 2% to 3% cancellation charge.
Tele Technology shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas. Resellers in these states may fax a copy of their valid Reseller Certificate to 832-237-8731 to show exemption. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
Our prices are updated daily. At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price. We do not "price match" and we cannot make a price adjustment after an order has shipped. Our costs simply change on a daily basis.
SUPPORT & INSTALLATION POLICY
Tele Technology recommends that you always have a trained phone technician install any phone equipment you may have purchased from Tele Technology. This is to insure that you do not run into any problems with installation, programming and helps protect your equipment from damage during the installation process. Tele Technology does not employ an onsite support staff to assist you with self installation. If you do attempt self installation and you run into an issue that requires support, your sales representative may be able to put you in contact with a support team that can assist you. Depending on the type of equipment and support needed, these support services may incur additional costs. Typical billing rates for support range from $75 to $125 per hour, and sometimes with a one hour minimum.
Tele Technology has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information and description. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error, Tele Technology shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Tele Technology shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Tele Technology shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Tele Technology and its parent company T Tecnology, Inc. shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the agreement to sell product to buyer or the product, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data or for any damages or sums paid by buyer to third parties, even if Tele Technology has been advised of possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that any legal action brought against Tele Technology or its parent company shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Tele Technology sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Harris County, Texas.
Freight must be prepaid and insured to our returns warehouse. The customer is responsible for shipping returns to our warehouse and all the shipping costs. We ask that shipments to our returns warehouse be sent via UPS, FedEx or other traceable method so that you may receive a tracking number to be sure that the shipment does arrive to its destination.
RETURN OPTIONS STANDARD REPLACEMENT - Tele Technology will ship a replacement upon receipt of the defective product. Replacement parts are typically shipped within days of the return but may take up to (3) three -(5) five weeks turn around time.
ADVANCE REPLACEMENT (Cross Ship) - Tele Technology will ship a replacement and charge it to credit card. Once the defective product is recieved back to our warehouse, we will issue a full credit within two (2) to four (4) weeks of receipt.
STANDARD REFUND - Product must be in the original box with all packing materials, cables, manuals and accessories intact. A 20% restocking fee may apply to the amount of the item returned. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Keep all packing material and documentation intact in case your product must be returned. Software products may not be returned if they are open or the product's seal has been broken. * Please note that some manufacturer's products may be returned only for replacement. If you have a question about how the Return Policy applies to a particular product, you may e-mail us at: email@example.com. Tele Technology will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide manufacturer part number information and some technical specification so that you can make an educated buying decision. Please check the manufacturer's websites for compatibility and technical information before making a purchasing decision.
